As the title suggests, we focus on the meaning of perichoresis as it applies to the human subject and his or her relationship to God. We take as our starting point the historical development of the term within Greek philosophy and literature and then move on to its Christian meaning within the context of Trinitarian theology and Christology. Finally, we extend the theological usage to include an understanding of the Mystical Body of Christ.

Come il titolo suggerisce, questo articolo analizza il significato della parola pericoresi dal punto di visto del soggetto umano e il suo rapporto con Dio. Punto di partenza è  lo sviluppo storico della parola nel contesto della filosofia e della letteratura greca; si considera poi il significato cristiano nel contesto della teologia trinitaria e cristologica. Si conclude estendendo il senso teologico della parola per comprendere meglio Il Corpo Mistico di Cristo
