Tutte le risoluzioni sono state approvate quasi all’unanimità dai circa tremila delegati che hanno partecipato al Congresso nazionale del popolo che si tiene annualmente a Pechino. La linea resta chiaramente quella di un orientamento unito e compatto attorno al presidente Xi Jinping. In primo piano la conferma del “rapporto di lavoro del governo” che prevede un obiettivo di crescita del Pil del 5%, nonostante la crisi immobiliare e la disoccupazione giovanile attuale. Dopo 30 anni per la prima volta il primo ministro non ha tenuto la conferenza stampa di chiusura, l’unica occasione in cui i giornalisti potevano interrogare direttamente un massimo leader cinese, e non ci sarà i prossimi anni.
