Tre morti e diciannove feriti in un bombardamento russo a Kharkov dopo che un proiettile ha colpito una fermata dell’autobus; almeno ventuno vittime a Odessa in una zona residenziale; venti persone decedute a Kremenchuk come conseguenza dell’impatto di un missile sul centro commerciale. Sono il risultato degli attacchi russi indirizzati alla popolazione civile nel tentativo di conquistare territorio ucraino. I leader europei condannano quanto accaduto come “crimine di guerra” e “barbarie”.
