Dopo la conquista del britannico Tom Pidcock sull’Alpe d’Huez durante la 12ª tappa del Tour de France, dalle Alpi francesi i ciclisti si sono rimessi in cammino per la tredicesima tappa, un percorso di 193 km che è partito da Le Bourg d’Oisans in direzione a Saint-Etienne.

Fino ad ora, la classfica generale rimane in questo modo: in testa il danese Jonas Vingegaard, seguito dallo sloveno Tadej Pogacar e dal britannico Geraint Thomas.
