Vadim Shishimarin condannato all’ergastolo

Questa mattina è stato condannato all’ergastolo Vadim Shishimarin, il primo soldato russo a essere processato in Ucraina per crimini di guerra dall’inizio dell’invasione.

È stato condannato all’ergastolo il sergente Vadim Shishimarin, il primo soldato russo processato per crimini di guerra in Ucraina. Il giovane, 21 anni, si è dichiarato colpevole dell’uccisione di Oleksandr Shelipov, un civile disarmato di 62 anni colpito alla testa nel villaggio di Chupakhivka nella regione di Sumy lo scorso 28 febbraio. Stando ad alcuni media ucraini, sono state trovate prove contro Shishimarin. Il tribunale di Kiev ha stabilito che l’omicidio era premeditato e ha respinto le ragioni della difesa secondo la quale il sergente avrebbe solo eseguito gli ordini che gli erano stati impartiti da un militare suo superiore.
