A ogni marciapiede, all’angolo di ogni strada. Sono decine di migliaia i senzatetto (homeless) a Los Angeles. E la situazione è velocemente peggiorata negli ultimi anni, con le strade sempre più sporche e la popolazione di ratti in aumento. Il sindaco della città statunitense ha deciso di riprendere il conteggio dettagliato dei senza tetto, interrotto da due anni a causa del Covid, come prima misura indispensabile per intervenire sul problema.
