Come riporta l’agenzia Ansa, una scossa di terremoto di magnitudo 6,5 ha colpito nella notte la costa settentrionale, vicino Durazzo. Ed è stata avvertita fino in Puglia e Basilicata. E’ di almeno sette morti e 300 feriti il bilancio ufficiale delle vittime del forte sisma. Le autorità albanesi hanno deciso di chiudere tutte le scuole a Tirana, Durazzo e Lezhe. Alla scossa della notte ne sono seguite altre due. La seconda, alle 8.27, ha avuto un epicentro a 21 km a sudovest di Mamurras, con ipocentro a 10 km di profondità. Intanto, la ministra della Difesa albanese, Olta Xhacka, ha detto che finora si sono registrate nella zona oltre 100 scosse di assestamento.
