Il fuoriclasse Roger Federer, dopo aver disputato le Atp Finals, è partito per l’America Latina, dove ha già preso parte a tre delle cinque partite di esibizione in programma, da Santiago del Cile a Buenos Aires, poi Bogotà, Città del Messico e Quito. La prossima sabato 23 novembre, alle 17, contro Alexander Zverev presso la Plaza de Toros di Città del Messico. Raùl Zurutuza, direttore e responsabile dell’incontro (che è stato già ribattezzato ‘The Greatest Match Ever”), ha affermato: «È un risultato importante per tutti, è un lavoro di squadra, abbiamo lavorato molto per avere Federer. Spero di riuscire a battere il record di presenze ad una partita non ufficiale, adesso lo ha il Belgio con 35 mila persone. Stiamo parlando con il Guinness dei Record per conoscere i protocolli per render il tutto valido ed ufficiale». (foto Ap)
