Si tiene oggi in India – da tradizione è sempre il 21 giugno – la Giornata internazionale dello yoga. Milioni di persone in tutto il Paese – di cui alcune anche giunte appositamente dall’estero – prendono parte alle moltissime sessioni di yoga “di massa”: dai “Sadhu” (sorta di asceti), ai militari, agli anziani – quella che vedete in foto è un’istruttrice yoga di ben 98 anni, Tao Prochon-Lynch – ai cittadini comuni, tutti sono coinvolti in questa pratica che nelPaese ha avuto origine ed è molto sentita.
