Nell’immaginario mondiale questa domenica di festa per i cristiani è stata acompagnata dalla parata del regime nordcoreano e il sottofondo di uno scontro atomico possibile ma rimosso nella coscienza collettiva.

Una situazione di sospensione legata agli scenari possibili con la nuova strategia militare degli Stati Uniti e il rapporto con la Cina, mentre il mondo resta a guardare. Eppure sono sempre più attuali le parole di Giorgio La Pira di affrontare questa epoca con la consapevolezza di vivere sul “crinale apocalittico della storia”.
