Attesa per il verdetto del  Tribunale penale internazionale dell’Aja sui crimini di guerra commesso dal generale serbo Mladic in Bosnia (1992-1995). Una pagina oscura di storia che non si può rimuovere. Dopo il crollo del Muro, il mondo non ha conosciuto la pace ma ha assistito a genocidi come quelli avvenuti nella ex Yugoslavia per responsabilità di attori internazionali e la riduzione di fatto dei poteri dell’Onu.
